"Ms. Torres, you should be in the school talent show" a student tells me today.
"Why do you say that?" I ask
"Because you have perfect voice" She answers
"Wow! Perfect? How do you know?" I ask
"You are always singing Ms. Torres. We hear you all the time!"
I guess I am always humming or singing in my classroom and many times I don't even notice it.
What a compliment! Made me smile!
Middle School...the awkward years!
