"Mrs. Overton, I have a joke for you....it's about teachers, but it doesn't offend them, I promise!" student says.
"Ok, I am ready!"
"Student says "May I go to the restroom please?"
teacher says "Recite the alphabet before you do."
students responds "a, b ,c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, l, m, n, o...q, r, s, t, u, v, w, x, y, and z"
teacher asks "what happened to the P?"
student replies "It is half way down my pants!"

"Gross!" I say
"See I told you it didn't offend teachers!"student says!

I received this gift from one of my students! They will be going through transition also when we come back from Thanksgiving break! Work in progress!

Today one of my crazier students, after the Science test begins singing this:


" Well you can tell
by the way I use my walk

no time to talk
Music loud and women warm
I've been kicked around

And now it's all right, it's ok

We can try to understand
The New York Times' effect on man"


I wanted to laugh so hard because it is not a song most kids her age are familiar with, so I finish with "staying alive, staying alive, ah ah ah....staying alive"

Then she poses with a John Travolta disco pose! too funny!
